Singer 328
Updated: 2026.03.02

The machine above is an early (1962), Singer 328K Style-O-Matic made in Kilbowie Scotland. It was offered by Singer as a lower cost machine than it’s sibling machines the 401 and 403 Slant-O-Matic.
Fashion Discs

The 328 uses type ‘A’ disc cams, often called “flat cams” or “fashion discs”. My machine only came with the basic Zig-Zag cam, but I have some from other machines in my collection.
Detail shots

The Singer 328 was only supplied with hard wired power and controller wires.
Later Version

The machine above is the later (1963), design of the Singer 328K Style-O-Matic.
