Tally Sew LLC Shipping, Unauthorized Delivery & Abandoned Property Policy

We do not accept shipments of sewing machines, parts, or accessories unless prior written authorization has been provided.

Any item shipped or delivered without prior written authorization is sent at the sender’s sole risk. Unauthorized shipments will not be returned, and no reimbursement or compensation will be provided.

If an unauthorized item is received, the sender must contact us to schedule an in-person appointment for retrieval. All shipping, handling, and related costs remain the sole responsibility of the sender.

Any unauthorized item not retrieved within 30 days of delivery will be considered abandoned property. Abandoned property may be disposed of, recycled, sold, or otherwise handled at our sole discretion, without further notice or liability.
